Small Senegalese Twist – Colors 1B and 30

What Braiding Hair Color?

She wanted a mix of two different colors to create a layered look. She asked for black (color 1B) at the bottom and the brighter color, medium auburn (color 30), at the top.

What type of braiding hair?

I used two full 82″ packs of Xpressions braiding hair.

What type of finishing?

The braiding hair was feathered and pulled in advance. In order to tame it and achieve the tapered look, the braids were dipped in hot water. I also applied mousse and blow-dried afterwards.

My client was pleased with her new braid style.
